Jason is the Founder of Adpoints. He is a seasoned insight and CRM professional with an intuitive sense of the potential of evolving commercial advertising models in media markets. Under his leadership, Adpoints has grown from conception into the UK’s most innovative video advertising platform. Prior to founding Adpoints, Jason served as the head of consumer CRM at Dell, one of the world’s leading computer technology businesses. Prior to his time at Dell, Jason sat on the board of DLG, a leading consumer database marketing business, helping steer it through two management buy-outs in 2006 and 2007. Prior to this, he held various consumer insight positions at CACI, EHS Brann, TBWA\London and OgilvyOne.
Sue is the COO and co-founder of Adpoints. She is an experienced operations professional with a strong track record of building and managing large-scale consumer databases. Through Sue’s operational stewardship, Adpoints has gone from strength to strength from concept through successful beta to full-scale roll out. With over 15 years of experience in data and database management, Sue has delivered many strategic projects that have led to improved efficiency and productivity. She has held a number of senior operational roles in database marketing with businesses such as Experian, William Reed and EHS Brann. Sue also held a Board level position as Group Data Director at DLG.
Richard is the Advertising Operations Director and a co-founder of Adpoints. He is responsible for all Ad operations in the business including inventory and campaign management and ad optimisation. He is an experienced database management professional and prior to joining Adpoints held various operations roles at DLG (as founding partner and board member) and Experian (Head of Marketing).
Terry brings many years of experience in the marketing and loyalty industries to Adpoints, having developed and implemented innovative marketing strategies for many well-known brands and retailers, including Tesco, Barclays, HMV Waterstones, The Economist and The Daily Mail. He centres his strategies on encouraging customer engagement and rewarding loyalty. Terry has developed programmes for both the public and private sector and is the co-author of ‘Scoring Points’, the international bestseller that tells the story of how he and Clive Humby helped to conceive, launch and develop Tesco’s loyalty initiative, Clubcard. Terry was co-founder of the pioneering DM agency, Evans Hunt Scott (now EHS 4D) in 1986. As Chairman Terry led the merger with Brann in 2002 to create a fully integrated direct, digital and data agency, EHS Brann. In 1996, Terry was voted Direct Marketer of the Year and was elected a Fellow of the IDM in 1997 – the same year his agency was voted Campaign’s ‘Direct Marketing Agency of the Year’. In 2010, Terry was made President of the Institute of Direct Marketing.
As non-executive director of the business, Andrew supports the business on all commercial and financial matters. Andrew played a pivotal role in the development of Evans Hunt Scott, where he held the roles of Finance Director and Chief Executive. In 2000, he oversaw the merger between Evans Hunt Scott and Real Time, creating ehsrealtime, and then went on to manage its merger with Brann in 2001, creating EHS Brann. Since leaving EHS Brann in 2006, Andrew has held various senior roles including COO of creative agency JPMH and Commercial Director at Beattie McGuinness Bungay. He is also a non-executive director of Cubo Communications Group plc.
